Canon EOS R5 C + RF 5.2mm f/2.8L DUAL FISHEYE
The Canon EOS R5 C is a professional video-first camera. This mirrorless camera brings together the capabilities of Cinema EOS and EOS R, with video at the forefront. That makes it a perfect hybrid solution for the videographer who also loves photography. With 8K video, 45-megapixel stills, and the revolutionary RF mount, the EOS R5 C is ready for anything.
Shoot 8K video in cinema quality at 30 fps or Full HD 4K video with oversampling. Using an external power supply, the EOS R5 C can even shoot at 60 fps in 8K. The full-frame sensor delivers images with incredible clarity, low noise, and a wide dynamic range. Achieve burst shooting speeds of up to 20 frames per second and shoot in low light with ISO sensitivity of up to 51,200. The powerful 5-axis electronic IS works seamlessly with the optical IS in lenses, but can also operate independently.
The EOS R5 C is equipped with precise and fast Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology with Eye AF and EOS iTR AF X for reliable detection of faces, heads, and eyes — even when the subject turns away from the camera. Manual focusing is also made incredibly easy thanks to Canon's innovative Dual Pixel Focus Guide, a visual aid for razor-sharp results.
Professional recording formats and tools offer you a wide range of options. You have access to three Cinema RAW Light options (LT / ST / HQ), XF-AVC, MP4, and even RAW output via HDMI. Canon Log 3, PQ, and HLG recording deliver an extraordinary dynamic range, and with professional tools such as Waveform Monitor and False Colours, you can take your film projects to the next level.
The compactly built EOS R5 C features an active cooling system, making it suitable for extended recording sessions. The magnesium alloy body guarantees durability. The power switch offers two options — Photo and Video — letting you choose whether to start the camera in photo or video mode. Both modes have their own familiar menu, corresponding to the EOS R and Cinema EOS systems respectively. The OLED viewfinder offers high resolution, and the camera features a bright 3.2" vari-angle LCD screen. There are also 13 assignable buttons. Thanks to the RF mount, the EOS R5 C is compatible with RF lenses for Canon's full frame mirrorless cameras, giving you the benefits of advanced autofocus and stabilisation. Of course, with an EF-EOS R mount adapter, you can also use your EF photo and cinema lenses. With 2x, 1.8x, and 1.3x de-squeeze options, anamorphic lenses are supported as well.
Extensive connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the multi-function accessory hot shoe, and dedicated connections for timecode, 3.5mm microphone, micro-HDMI, flash sync, and USB-C. The camera also supports a range of photo and video applications, including image.canon, Content Transfer Mobile, Browser Remote, and more — so you're always ready for whatever comes your way.
Canon RF 5.2mm f/2.8L Dual Fisheye
With the Canon RF 5.2mm f/2.8L Dual Fisheye, you capture the world in virtual reality. This stereoscopic L-series RF lens creates super-sharp 180° VR content.
The images from two lenses are captured on a single full-frame sensor in your camera. Using Canon EOS VR Utility software and the EOS VR Plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro, your footage is transformed into a breathtaking 3D visual experience — with no additional stitching required. Both lenses are equipped with two UD elements to correct aberrations. A special SWC coating minimises ghosting and flare. The lens performs excellently in low-light conditions thanks to a maximum aperture of f/2.8, with precisely synchronised exposure and accurate control via a dual EMD (Electro Magnetic Diaphragm) design.
The RF 5.2mm is an L-series lens built for professional use. It is dust- and splash-resistant and features a water-repellent fluorine coating to keep water and dirt off the lens. On the rear, you'll find a mounted gelatin filter holder for pre-cut ND gels, so you can capture the best images for your VR productions at any light level.
