The SWIT HB-C420S 420Wh 500W Super-High-load 28V Battery (V-Mount) delivers the world's largest capacity: 420 Wh in a portable V-mount battery, and the world's largest continuous power output: 500 W, to power demanding film lights for extended periods. For example, two HB-C420S batteries can power the Aputure LS 600C PRO at 100% output for at least 1.2 hours.

The HB-C420S consists of 24 Li-ion cells, features a high voltage of 28.8V (22–33.6V), a large capacity of 420Wh, and a continuous output of 500W. Do not use the battery in devices that do not support a 22–33.6V input.

The HB-C420S delivers a minimum of 500W under high load, even at 1% capacity (peak load up to 650W), to power demanding equipment such as film lights. With the SWIT dual battery tripod adapter TD-R230S, 2× HB-C420S can deliver 48V 750W to power film lights such as the Skypanel S30/60/120, Orbiter, Creamsource Vortex 4 & Vortex 8, Aputure Nova P300/P600, and more.

2× HB-C420S and the TD-R230S power adapter (sold separately) can deliver 48V 750W DC to drive the Creamsource Vortex 8 light, which requires 650W, at full power. The two batteries together have a combined capacity of 840Wh, comparable to a large floor battery, yet they mount to a tripod for easy mobility and power the Vortex 8 for a minimum of 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The HB-C420S supports DC 33.6V 100W fast charging with the PC-P461S charger, reducing charging time by more than 60%. The 420Wh battery can be charged from 0 to 80% in 3.9 hours and is fully charged within 5.3 hours.
