The Sony Cybershot DSC-RX100 mark VA is a highly advanced model among Sony's compact cameras. This version features the BIONZ X processor, so you benefit from, among other things, an Autofocus that is 1.8x faster. This results in focusing speeds of as little as 0.03 seconds. The RX100 VA can shoot up to 24 frames per second at the full 20.1 Megapixel resolution while maintaining Autofocus & Exposure tracking. Choose Eye AF to focus on your subject even more easily. The RX100 Mark VA is also equipped with the newly developed 1 inch Exmor CMOS sensor with DRAM chip for improved image processing and a beautiful Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8 lens with a large aperture. This Zeiss lens with T* coating (against unwanted reflections) delivers cinematic images that are always razor sharp and well exposed.

You can shoot in stunning 4K Ultra HD: no detail gets lost at this resolution. There is also the SuperSlowMotion function, which lets you film at up to 1000 frames per second. This makes it easy, for example, to watch a soap bubble burst apart centimeter by centimeter. The Sony RX100 mark VA also has an Anti Distortion Shutter. This shutter, with a maximum speed of 1/32000 second, minimizes the 'rolling shutter' effect while filming and lets you capture sharp, crystal-clear images with a wide open aperture of f/1.8 in daylight.
