Sigma 35mm F/1.4 DG HSM ART L-Mount

The Sigma 35mm F/1.4 DG HSM Art L-Mount combines an immensely versatile focal length with a wide maximum aperture and is a wide-angle lens characterised by its advanced optical design. The combination of one F Low Dispersion (FLD) element and four Special Low Dispersion (SLD) elements helps to achieve a clear reduction in chromatic aberrations, while a couple of aspherical elements, with one positioned at the rear of the lens, minimises the occurrence of distortions and aberrations. A Super Multi Coating has also been applied to lens elements to reduce lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and colour accuracy. In addition, the maximum aperture of f/1.4 offers benefits when working in low light and provides more control over depth of field when isolating a subject.

As a complement to the imaging capabilities, the lens features a Hyper Sonic Motor for fast, smooth and quiet autofocus performance with full-time manual focus override. The physical design uses Thermally Stable Composite (TSC) material for durability across a wide range of environments, and a brass bayonet mount provides rigidity and precise attachment.
