PolarPro 135 Series - Black Mist Filter - 58mm

The PolarPro 135 Series - Black Mist Filter (58 mm) softens details and reduces contrast for a filmic, cinematic look. By subtly softening highlights while retaining sharpness, it enhances portraits by evening out skin tones and reducing digital harshness.

Inspired by classic film stocks, it adds depth to both photos and videos. Made from high-quality German Chroma glass, it guarantees optical precision whilst introducing a subtle haze. The durable, weather-resistant aluminium frame protects it against the elements, and the vintage film reel-inspired housing combines nostalgia with modern design. A built-in cheat sheet featuring the Sunny 16 rule provides quick Exposure guidelines.

With a light transmission of 90% and a diffusion strength of 1/4, it maintains colour accuracy without unwanted colour cast, helping photographers and filmmakers achieve a softer, more organic look across a variety of shooting conditions.
