The PC 19mm f/4.0E ED from Nikon is an ultra-wide angle tilt/shift 'Perspective Control' lens with an angle of view of 97 degrees and the ability to shift up to 12mm and tilt up to 7.5 degrees. The tilt and shift mechanisms can move independently of each other, giving you full control over perspective, the alignment of visible lines, and depth in the image — ideal for urban, architectural, and landscape photography. You can tilt the lens to adjust focus during shooting or to create a miniature effect. With the shift mechanism, you can correct perspective or create stunning panoramas. The PC 19mm f/4.0E ED is the first Nikkor PC lens that allows the tilt position to be set both in combination with and independently of the shift position, offering you unprecedented control over perspective, focus, and depth — all without having to use a locking mechanism to make adjustments. To make things a little easier, this lens features click stops at 30 and 60 degrees.

This ultra wide-angle lens is constructed from 17 elements arranged across 13 groups. It features three ED and two aspherical elements that deliver excellent image quality and minimise chromatic aberration and coma, even at the widest aperture. The lens is equipped with a Nano Crystal Coat that minimises ghosting and flare, even when shooting into the light, and a Fluorcoating that makes the front element water-, dust- and dirt-repellent. A nine-blade aperture with rounded blades also ensures beautiful depth of field rendering.
