B.I.G. Conversion Filter Foil KR 6 80x80mm
Working with light that turns out too cool or too blue? Then you end up with an image that looks clinical, when what you're actually after is warmth. The B.I.G. Conversion Filter Foil KR 6 80x80mm shifts the colour temperature towards the warm side, so skin tones come across more naturally and the blue cast disappears.
The KR designation comes from the decamired system used in photography for conversion filters. The R stands for the warm, red-orange direction; the number indicates the strength of the shift. KR 6 sits between the light correction of a KR 3 and the strong correction of a KR 12. Not sure about the strength you need? The KR 12 from the same series is the heavier step.
Because this filter is made of foil rather than glass, you're not tied to a particular thread size. You work the 80x80mm square format into your own setup, and you carry the foil in your bag light and flat. This way, you correct the colour right at the moment of shooting, which means you have less to fix in post-production.
